David has had many years’ experience in stakeholder and casework management in top strategic Departments in UK’s Central Government i.e. The Foreign and Commonwealth Office, The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, The Department of Communities and Local Government, Government Office for London etc.
In 2011 David stepped down from active service in Central Government as a Casework Manager in the London Case Unit in the Department of Communities and Local Government at Victoria, London to put all his energies into the Charity sector (which is his first love).
David currently works as the Senior Pastor of RCCG Life Start Connections which he has been pastoring since November 2004 (20 years) as the first Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) parish within the Gravesham region in Kent. David within the hierarchy of the UK RCCG also carries out the role of an Area Pastor overseeing 5 other local parishes within the Kent district.
David also initiated a Christian Social Responsibility project (NGO) under the umbrella of his local parish from scratch called the Gravesham Foodbank as the Project manager/coordinator over 13 years ago under the franchise of the Trussell Trust to fight food poverty within his community. The Gravesham foodbank in the year 2023/24 fed 5,000 locals and this figure is on the rise considering the current economic hardships being experienced in the UK. Therefore, Gravesham Foodbank has become part resilience landscape of the Gravesham region in combating food poverty within the community.
Finally, David is known as a family man, a lover of humanity, a devote Christian and a strong believer in the true unity of faith in action for the general good of humanity as a whole.
